Job Summary

This position operates machinery and maintains production flow while ensuring a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

These positions are in the Transportation Department as a Shag Driver. Responsibilities include continuously moving trailers in and out of the loading dock. Tasks require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reaching. The position involves climbing in and out of trucks repeatedly and working outside in seasonal weather, which may be hot, humid, cold, damp, or slippery.

The worker must be willing and able to stand or walk on hard floors 8–10 hours a day and perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

C shift: 10 pm–6:30 am Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays. Candidates willing to work other shifts, weekends, and overtime are preferred.

• Experience moving any type of trailer.
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months.

This location is not accepting rehires.

Hourly applicants only. Pay is base hourly rate with potential shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
