This role supports Midwest Mission’s weekend mission experiences at churches by coordinating and leading on‑site mission activities and providing driving support. Individuals may choose which weekends they are available and which locations they are willing to travel to, offering exceptional flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Weekend Mission Experiences

• Lead and facilitate mission experiences at host churches
• Welcome, orient, and guide volunteer groups through hands‑on mission projects
• Set up and tear down mission stations and supplies
• Ensure a positive, organized, and mission-focused environment

Occasional Driving & Logistics

• Drive a non‑CDL truck and trailer or, if willing, can drive box trucks that require a non‑CDL Class C to and from church locations as needed
• Load and unload trailers using a pallet jack
• Secure loads and perform basic vehicle inspections
  
  Coordinate arrival and departure times with Midwest Mission staff and host churches

Communication & Reporting

• Serve as the primary Midwest Mission representative on site
• Communicate clearly with church leaders and volunteers
• Report participation numbers and kits packed after each event

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a truck with a trailer or box truck (experience preferred)
• Ability to operate a pallet jack
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and mission-driven
