Fuels Contingency Planning Manager
Evaluates, develops and directs overall Fuels Contingency Planning management policies and programs applicable during contingencies for Air Mobility Command locations throughout the US Transportation Command area Of responsibility (AOR).
Develops and manages Fuels deliberate plans, Designed Operational Capability (DOC) Statements, TPFDDS, Joint Quarterly Readiness Review (JQRR) inputs and leads the review team for site surveys/SATAFs.
Plans logistics Fuels support for the war fighting Commands by working With Air Staff, Other Services, US TRANSCOM, and Other Unified Commands, AMC and Other MAJCOMS throughout DOD to determine Fuels requirements in support of major and smaller scale contingencies.
Represents the AMC logistics management fuels community at higher management-level meetings Within the organization, and at MAJCOM, HQ USAF. DOO, and other agencies.
Researches, estimates, forecasts, and computes AMC petroleum requirements for contingency and enroute locations worldwide.
