Join our team as a Forklift/Material Handler in a large warehouse environment. Utilize your skills in operating sit-down forklifts to efficiently handle materials and ensure smooth operations.

• Operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials from the unloading dock to the installation area.
• Handle heavy, crated, and palletized materials with care and precision.
• Load pallets onto trucks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform general labor tasks including packing, unloading, and shipping.

• Previous experience operating forklifts, particularly sit-down forklifts.
• Proficiency in material handling and loading techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and demonstrate physical aptitude.

• Mechanical aptitude for handling various material handling tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong attendance record and reliability.

Work in a non-climate controlled 500,000 square foot warehouse. The environment is fast-paced and can be demanding, requiring solid attendance and reliability.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Hartford, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
