Job Summary
We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, coach team members, and ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem‑solving, training, and improving processes. The Lead will work the 1st Shift Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑4:30pm and will be paid $24.96 per hour.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and on‑the‑job training to employees, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in scheduling and planning, working closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
- Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies to foster a positive work environment.
- Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functionality.
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team.
- Hands‑on problem‑solver with a process improvement mindset.
- Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training.
- Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations.
- Hands‑on experience in workplace culture and leadership communication.
