Production Associate / Material Specialist

As a Material Specialist at Caterpillar, you will execute a variety of functions related to material handling and warehouse operations. You will also work with various source documents to verify the accuracy and conditions of parts.

This role includes salary starting at $20.40/hour with periodic wage increases, healthcare insurance, employee discount programs, free employee assistance program, and more. Depending on business requirements, normal working hours will be 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime. Don’t miss this opportunity! We also offer an additional $1.00/hour night shift premium for our 2nd shift employees!

• Work in an environment with changing temperatures
• Walk, squat, and bend over for intervals at a time
• Operate material handling equipment such as powered industrial trucks, forklifts, pallet lifts, etc.
• Perform stock counts
• Pick parts manually and deliver to various parts of facility

For Mapleton Seals Material Handler

• Basic knowledge of warehouse or similar environment
• Ability to obtain certification to drive facility vehicles

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Basic math skills

• Positions available on 2nd and 3rd shifts
• 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• This position does not offer relocation
• This position requires no travel
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Positions are supplemental full-time
