Advance Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cycle Counter for a growing warehouse facility in Spring Valley, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong inventory experience looking for long-term employment with a reputable employer.

Job Duties:
Perform routine cycle counts throughout the warehouse
Compare physical inventory to system records and identify discrepancies
Research and help resolve inventory variances
Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse systems
Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accuracy
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements:
Strong background in inventory and cycle counting
Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills (data entry, Excel, inventory systems)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
