Job Description:
The Material Handler is responsible for manually or with a pallet jack moving materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility or onto trucks. This role supports overall warehouse efficiency by maintaining clean, organized, and safe work spaces.

Pay Range: $17.02-$17.02per hour

Shift:
Second Shift - Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Occasional Overtime and Weekend work during peaks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Move materials, supplies, and goods manually or using a pallet jack
-Load finished product on pallets
-Stack pallets or skids in designated areas
-Assist with other duties as directed to support operations

Job Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED preferred
-Must be able to stand or walk for 1012 hours
-Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs. without restriction
-Regularly bend, stretch, lift, and reach above and below waist level
-Must be able to walk long distances (facilities are over a quarter mile in length)
-Comfortable working in variable lighting, noise, and temperature conditions
-Must be available to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Strong attention to detail

Bonus Eligibility:
Referral Bonus:
Earn $50 for every successful referral after they complete 80 hours of work.
-No limit on the number of referrals.
-Managers confirm referrals during interviews to ensure bonus eligibility.
