** Production Associate in our warehouse** , you play a vital role in keeping our operations moving and our customers satisfied. Your work ensures that materials flow efficiently through the plant-supporting production, quality, and on-time delivery.

** What You'll Be Doing*
* +  
** Support daily warehouse operations
** by unloading trucks, receiving materials, picking parts, and delivering components to production areas

** Operate material handling equipment** (forklifts, tuggers, hand trucks) safely and efficiently after training and certification

** Maintain accuracy and flow
** by scanning materials, monitoring inventory, refilling Kanban bins, and reporting shortages

+  
** Meet quality and productivity goals
** while following safety guidelines and keeping work areas clean and organized

+  
** Collaborate with your team
** and rotate across workstations to support production needs and continuous improvement

** What We're Looking For*
* +  
** High school diploma or GED** , and at least
** 18 years of age*
* +  
** Basic computer skills
** and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

** Ability to work in an active environment** , including standing for extended periods and frequently lifting up to 30 lbs

** Foundational experience in warehouse, production, or material handling
** is a plus, but not required

The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $16.00- $19.00 + bonus + benefits. There is a shift differential of +$1 per hour for 2nd shift. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
