JOB SUMMARY
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime:
Occasional overtime as business needs require
Pay rate: $23.00
The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations through accurate data management, reporting, and system updates. This position requires strong Excel and ERP skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable partnering cross‑functionally to deliver clear insights that support operational decision‑making.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain and analyze warehouse operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Create, update, and manage Excel‑based reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
* Leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred) to track inventory movements, transactions, and discrepancies.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc performance reports related to warehouse operations.
* Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and planning teams to communicate data insights.
* Identify data inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues.
* Support deadlines and reporting requirements in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
* Assist with documentation, data validation, and process tracking as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma
* 1 - 3 years' relevant experience.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables (Power Query a plus).
* Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
* Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional partners.
* Experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environment

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
