Reach Truck Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a growing warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the facility while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Successful candidates will have previous forklift experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–9:00 PM

• Operate a reach truck to transport materials and products safely.
• Load, unload, move, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and put away materials using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow established procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Previous reach truck or forklift experience required.
• Ability to pass E-Verify and background screening.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
