Superior Brands Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

Starting at $15.00 per hour

This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining an organized work environment.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced distribution setting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
• Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations
• Safely load, unload, and move products using warehouse equipment as required
• Inspect products and shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Build and prepare shipping pallets when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using basic tools and equipment when needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
