Warehouse Clerical Associate

Hucks Warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Clerical Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by performing accurate data entry, documenting inventory, providing scheduling support, and communicating with warehouse personnel, drivers, and management.

• Process and maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Enter and verify inventory, receiving, and shipping information.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating transportation activities.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse associates, and management regarding operational needs.
• Prepare and file paperwork related to warehouse operations.
• Support inventory control processes and cycle count documentation.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clerical, administrative, warehouse office, or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
