The Integration Group is seeking a Floor Lead to support daily warehouse operations in our Illinois facility. The role combines hands-on work with team guidance to ensure tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
You will assist leadership with training, workflow direction, and process improvements. You will function as the on-floor resource, supervising in the Supervisor's absence and helping maintain productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy with WMS and handheld scanners.
