Inventory Clerk - 1st shift

• Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
• Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
• Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
• Operate a Stand‑Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

• Education:
  
  A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• E-commerce experience preferred.
• Attention to detail:
  You can spot a missing item from a mile away and have the patience to handle even the most minor discrepancies.
• Tech‑savvy:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); previous experience with AS400 and/or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Problem‑solving skills:
  You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work‑related issues effectively.
• Forklift certified:
  You have experience operating a Stand‑Up Forklift.

• Pay range: $21.00–$22.50 per hour.

  1st Shift (Mon.–Fri. 5:30 am–2:00 pm).
