Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Our customer in Lena, Illinois, is looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual to join their team as a Forklift Operator to work full-time on 1st shift. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Use an electric pallet jack to transport products as needed.
• Work in a warehouse cooler environment for extended periods of time.
• Learn and use a basic SAP scanner to track materials and inventory.
• Assist with general warehouse cleanup and organization.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Support warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned.

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to work in a cooler environment for several hours at a time.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to push or pull materials using carts when required.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes, including SAP scanning.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Pay for Forklift Operator: $20.50/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday from approximately 6:00am – 2:30pm, with some weekends as needed.
