We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production needs, and building strong vendor relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations efficient and on track.

What You'll DoMonitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock quantities to support operational needs.

Place orders for materials and supplies within established guidelines.

Identify and develop backup sources for critical and high-demand inventory items.

Analyze inventory trends and ordering patterns to improve efficiency and recommend recurring delivery solutions.

Generate and provide inventory reports to management.

Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Maintain accurate records of incoming shipments, inventory receipts, and outbound transactions.

Manage inventory data within computerized inventory systems and assist with system updates and improvements.

Perform routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and spot audits to ensure accuracy.

Assist with annual physical inventory audits.

Operate a forklift as needed to move and organize materials.

Support additional inventory, warehouse, and purchasing activities as assigned.

Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Ability to navigate warehouse environments and access materials stored at varying heights.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when required.
