Forklift Operator

NCW is hiring a 1st Shift Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. In this role, you will operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials, while accurately following work orders and inventory procedures. You'll perform equipment inspections, follow OSHA and site safety guidelines, and assist with general material handling tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
• Stage, organize, and relocate products according to work orders
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow OSHA, site safety rules, and proper PPE requirements
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling tasks
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe traffic patterns
• Use basic inventory or scanning systems to track materials
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity goals
