Order Selector II

NCW is seeking an Order Selector II to support our Professional, Scientific & Technical Services client. In this role, you will accurately select, stage, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse equipment. Responsibilities include reading pick tickets, locating products, operating pallet jacks or forklifts, and meeting production and accuracy goals. You will inspect products, follow safety and quality standards, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from pick tickets or RF devices
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar warehouse equipment safely
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and order accuracy targets
• Verify product codes, quantities, and conditions before staging orders
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and product replenishment
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly
