Order Selector IV

NCW is hiring an experienced Order Selector IV to support high-volume logistics operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will accurately pick, stage, and verify customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems, ensuring correct quantities, lot numbers, and locations. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, build and wrap pallets for shipment, and follow strict safety and quality standards.

You'll collaborate closely with warehouse leads and supervisors, help train junior selectors, and support continuous improvement in accuracy, productivity, and inventory control in a people-first, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations to meet accuracy and quality standards
• Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move, load, and unload product safely
• Build, wrap, and label pallets for shipment according to customer and carrier requirements
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE guidelines
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory control tasks as needed
• Collaborate with leads and supervisors to meet productivity and service goals
• Help train and mentor less-experienced order selectors on best practices
