People Share is seeking experienced Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a leading industrial distribution facility in the Elwood/Joliet area. 1st Shift Monday
- Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM $21.00/hr 2nd Shift Monday
- Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM $21.50/hr 3rd Shift Monday
- Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM $22.00/hr Overtime opportunities available throughout the week and occasional Saturdays.

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, move, and store inventory accurately
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support daily operational and productivity goals
• Work effectively within a team environment

• Previous sit-down and stand-up forklift experience required
• Ability to pass a forklift evaluation
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as needed
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Must be able to work the assigned shift schedule

Monday at 11:30 AM Orientation:
Tuesday morning Candidates who successfully complete the walk-through and orientation will be scheduled to begin work immediately following onboarding.
