We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team at Western Post in the Containerization Department. This position plays an important role in preparing, organizing, and consolidating merchandise into the appropriate containers for shipment to major e-commerce clients such as Tik Tok and Temu. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity during peak season operations.

Must be computer literate and have warehouse experience.

Prepare and organize merchandise for containerization and shipment according to established procedures. Sort and consolidate products into the appropriate containers, totes, cartons, or pallets. Use handheld scanners or PDA systems to verify product information, quantities, and container assignments. Ensure merchandise is properly organized and secured to prevent damage during handling and transportation. Verify labels, product codes, and quantities for accuracy before containers are moved to the next department.

Communicate with leads or supervisors regarding shortages, damages, incorrect items, or other discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist with moving, staging, and organizing completed containers as needed. Assist with general warehouse duties as required. Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or manager.

Previous warehouse or containerization experience preferred. Must have warehouse experience and know how to use a PDA or handheld scanner. Basic reading, writing, and computer literacy skills required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for the duration of the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify products, quantities, and labels. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality goals.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required. Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedules during peak season. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
