Position

Summary

Oryza Group, LLC seeks a MESF Learning Standards Support Subject Matter Expert to support the Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE under the Force Generation Professional Support Services requirement. The role involves instructional systems design, learning standards development, curriculum design, and course development support. The candidate must have substantial Instructional Systems Design experience, extensive NETC‑compliant course and curriculum development experience, a Master Training Specialist qualification, and recent practical experience in MESF curriculum development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the MESF Learning Standards Support Subject Matter Expert.
  • Provide Instructional Systems Design expertise in support of MESF learning standards, training, and curriculum requirements.
  • Develop, review, assess, and update NETC‑compliant courses, curriculum, instructional materials, and related training products.
  • Support curriculum analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and revision activities.
  • Ensure training and curriculum products align with applicable NETC standards, customer requirements, and MESF mission needs.
  • Provide practical MESF curriculum development expertise based on recent experience within the past five years.
  • Prepare written products, curriculum documentation, course materials, briefings, and recommendations for Government review.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, MESF leadership, training stakeholders, and other applicable organizations as required.
  • Support learning standards compliance, curriculum quality control, and process improvement efforts.
  • Use civilian and/or Government‑approved Artificial Intelligence assistance tools only when authorized and appropriate under applicable contract, security, and customer requirements.
Position Requirements Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • Active SECRET clearance at the time of proposal submission.
  • At least 15 years of Instructional Systems Design experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience with NETC‑compliant course and/or curriculum development.
  • Master Training Specialist qualification.
  • At least 3 years of recent practical experience in MESF curriculum development (within the past five years).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to support a Government customer in a professional, secure, and mission‑focused environment.
Highly Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in an educational field of study.
  • Fluency in the use of civilian and/or Government‑approved Artificial Intelligence assistance tools, where authorized.
  • Additional experience supporting Navy training, curriculum development, learning standards, or expeditionary training requirements.
  • Experience developing curriculum products for MESF or similar expeditionary communities.
Resume and Proposal Submission Requirements

Candidate resumes must clearly demonstrate how the individual meets each minimum qualification. The resume should identify:

  • Active SECRET clearance status.
  • Total years of Instructional Systems Design experience.
  • Total years of NETC‑compliant course and/or curriculum development experience.
  • Master Training Specialist qualification.
  • Recent practical MESF curriculum development experience within the past five years.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Master’s degree in an educational field of study, if applicable.
  • Navy, MESF, expeditionary, or related curriculum development experience.
  • AI assistance tool experience, if applicable.

Use of Artificial Intelligence tools must comply with all applicable Government, contract, security, data protection, and company requirements. No sensitive, proprietary, controlled unclassified information, classified information, or customer information may be entered into any AI tool unless expressly authorized by applicable policy, contract terms, and Government/customer direction.
