Retail Associate; Seasonal

Role Summary

The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers. This role supports sales, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations while building product knowledge to confidently guide customers through their e‑bike journey.

• Deliver friendly, engaging, and consultative sales experiences
• Educate customers on e‑bikes, accessories, and services
• Assist customers with product selection, test‑ride coordination, and purchase decisions
• Support store promotions and events to drive customer engagement

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Assist with receiving inventory, restocking, and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Support daily operational tasks including POS transactions and basic cash handling

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet store goals
• Take direction from Key Holder and store leadership to support daily priorities
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented store culture

• 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer‑first mindset with a positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Interest in cycling, e‑bikes, or outdoor lifestyle is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (bikes and equipment)
• Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
