Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter, ensuring a smooth workflow. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to support high‑quality finishes.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in paint operations within a collision center, are 18 or older, and hold a valid driver’s license with eligibility for Caliber’s insurance. Prior collision experience is a plus.
