We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and recommending appropriate services and repairs.

• Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
• Consult with customers to explain recommended services and repairs
• Provide estimates for services and repairs and obtain customer approval
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Upsell additional services and products as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a stressful environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and software
• Valid driver's license
