Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be at the heart of our business. In this full-time role you’ll deliver exceptional service, build lasting customer relationships, and help clients find the right financial solutions.
You’ll receive and process payments, balance cash drawers, handle bank deposits, and perform essential office tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with some extended hours and occasional Saturdays.
