** Pay Rate: $47./hour*
* *** W2*
* ** Shift Details:*
* ** Day shift from *
* ** LPN Duties*
* + Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
+ Assess patients, monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in condition.
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
+ Assist with wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
+ Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
+ Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized patient care plans.
+ Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.
+ Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols.
+ Comply with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
+ Maintain all required certifications, training, and employment-related documentation.
** LPN Qualifications*
* + Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State in CA.
+ The license MUST be in good standing
+ 1 year of experience as LPN
