Store Associate

Store Associate – Fills customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently. Sells merchandise to individuals in store or over the phone by performing the following duties.

As a store clerk, you will support our team and your role is critical for the proper filling of customer orders quickly, accurately and efficiently. You will sell merchandise to individuals in store or over the phone. This opportunity is for you if you excel and place value on the following:

• Greets customers and responds to customer questions or general irrigation inquiries in a prompt, efficient manner.
• Promotes, seeks out, and suggests selections that meet customers' needs and consummates new and repeat business for sales of Company products.
• Performs job in a professional manner by representing the Company honestly and fairly, maintaining good public relations with all customers, competitors, and vendors.
• Maintains neat, clean sales displays and keeps shelves properly stocked and priced.
• Prepares and inputs sales transactions using the Counterpoint Point of Sale system.
• Assists with shipping and receiving, and takes inventory as needed.
• Balances daily cash drawer receipts according to prescribed policy.
• Complies with all Company policies and procedures.

Performs all other duties as required.

Estimated rate of pay: $16.90 - $21.00 per hour DOE.
