Instrument​/Electrician Technician, Apprentice

Primary Function Under direct supervision, inspects, adjusts and repairs electrically and pneumatically operated instruments used to indicate and control operating conditions of turbines, furnaces, boilers and auxiliaries in power generating plants. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications High school equivalency supplemental college or technical courses in electricity, electronics, computers, and/or mechanics and one year of steam boiler operation, gas turbines, distribute instrument repair experience preferred.

Licensing & Certification Requirements Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only):
Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.

Other Requirements/TestingA negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
