under the direction of the one-stop site supervisor, research and locate employment opportunities for one-stop center clients; develop and maintain effective working relationships with various employers and employee groups, partner agencies and other organizations; provide case management services for employers and clients.

any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level coursework in business, career counseling or a related field and two years of experience in an employment training agency or related field.

valid california driver's license and proof of current california auto liability insurance at time of appointment, and throughout employment in this classification. Personal transportation for job-related travel.

a valid driver’s license may be required at the time of appointment and employees may also be required to drive their own vehicle and provide proof of liability insurance as per vehicle code vc § 160020.
