Qualifications/Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree or similar preferred, not required
• Two or more years in a freight management role preferred
• Ability and comfortable shifting between strategic work and a wide array of administrative tasks required
• Highly organized, motivated, and enthusiastic required
• Highly computer literate with skills in the Microsoft Office Suite required
• Strong verbal, written, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to model PRO*FRESH Logistics competencies required
