We are looking for a Senior Company Secretary with deep experience in the reinsurance and Lloyd’s environment to support board and committee governance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Provide expert governance advice to boards and committees
Manage board processes, meetings, and documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and Lloyd’s governance standards
Support effective decision-making and board effectiveness reviews
What We’re Looking For:10+ years company secreta ry experience within the reinsurance / Lloyd’s market
Strong knowledge of UK corporate governance and regulatory expectations
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
