Position is not eligible for tenure and begins in August 2026. The successful candidate will also contribute to innovative curriculum development and commitment to ongoing professional development.

* Minimum Qualifications:

** Master's degree in a business or related field by date of appointment; professional sales and marketing experience in a variety of business settings for appointment as Assistant Lecturer. Ph.D. in a business or related field by date of appointment; professional sales and marketing experience in a variety of business settings for appointment as Assistant Teaching Professor.

Consideration may be given to applicants with demonstrated high-quality collegiate teaching experience in business, sales, and marketing courses at the college level, with experience teaching in both face-to-face and online formats. Candidates should show a strong commitment to engaging students in both foundational and advanced concepts. In addition, successful candidates will have a record of effectively engaging students in applied learning experiences, such as case work, simulations, client or community projects, labs, and data-driven exercises, that connect theoretical concepts to real-world practice.

Candidates need demonstrated professional skills (e.g. teamwork, project management, technical proficiency, verbal and written communication) to students and/or colleagues; commitment to pedagogic innovation; demonstrated enthusiasm for undertaking student-centered service responsibilities such as advising and/or undertaking problematic or departmental responsibilities.
