• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum and use engaging characters to enhance learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning occur seamlessly.

• Passion for the education and care of children.
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
