• Person must have technical knowledge & minimum 15 years of hands-on experience of HSE implementation at multiple Hydro Site.

• Behavioural Based Safety implementation at sites.
• Contractor Safety Management implementation at sites.
• Implementation of Andritz Safety Guidelines & Procedures at Sites.
• Review of Safety performance of sites including Near Miss, incidents and conducting analysis.
• Conducting Layout based risk assessments at sites.
• Preparation & Review of Site HSE plan, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & Fire Safety plan.
• Carryout risk assessment (HIRA & JSA) & safe lifting plan for all construction, installation, fabrication, assembly & commissioning related activities & its review.
• Preparation of commissioning HSE Plan & implementation of LOTO.
• Work at height assessment including preparation of Rescue plans.
• Development of Legal Register, obtaining necessary permission/licenses & timely Compliance of statutory requirements at sites.
• Organize Safety meetings, Inspections & Audits at sites as per defined checklist.
• Organize & conduct mock drills as per the Emergency Plan.
• Coordinate with client for various safety requirements at sites.

• Behaviour Based Safety.
• Safety Implementation at multiple sites.
• Analysis of Incidents, Accidents & defining Root Causes and Mitigation plan.
• Communication Skill

• B. Tech (Fire & Safety) /
  
  B. Tech (Mechanical or Electrical) + PGDIS from RLI / CLI / Recognized Institute
• 15 – 17 years of relevant experience of HSE management at multiple sites or units.

• Preferable to have experience of handling or managing Hydro Sites.
