The Salon and Beauty Manager is both fiscally and operationally responsible for the Island Hair and Beauty business. You will supervise, assist, mentor and train a team of Hairdresser / Stylist / Beauty Therapists, as well as organise bookings for bridal parties and liaise with other departments to coordinate schedules. You will provide all hair services with a high standard of excellence and attention to guest satisfaction.

• Certificate III, IV or Diploma of Hairdressing (Essential)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification (Desired)
• Minimum 2 years practical experience as a Salon / Beauty Manager (Essential)
• Resort / hospitality experience (Desired)
• Thorough industry knowledge and experience of quality salon operations (Essential)
• Certificate in make-up artistry (Desired)
