Our Associate Stylist Program is designed for new or emerging stylists who are ready to grow quickly and confidently behind the chair. In this hands-on role, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced trainers, learning how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while building the technical skills and business habits that lead to long-term success.

** What You’ll Do
*** Work directly with a Trainer to support guest services and learn advanced techniques
* Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every guest
* Build confidence in consultations, retail recommendations, and rebooking
* Participate in hands-on education, coaching, and team development
* Support salon operations, including front desk and team-based responsibilities
* Track toward clear performance goals that prepare you to step behind the chair###

** What We’re Looking For
*** Cosmetology license (or in progress)
