Labette Health is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will help create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth front-desk operations that support exceptional patient care.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
* Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
* Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them appropriately
* Verify patient information and collect necessary documentation
* Assist with insurance verification and patient registration
* Process co-pays and other front-desk financial transactions
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with EMR systems preferred
