You'll partner with staff and families to help students reach their fullest potential through skilled occupational therapy services in both school and home health environments.

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to practice in Kansas
• Previous experience with school-based or pediatric populations is strongly preferred
• Background in OT services within school, healthcare, and home health settings
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities for collaboration with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills to manage therapy schedules, maintain documentation, and adapt to a dynamic school environment

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students to address functional, motor, and sensory needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student educational goals
• Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and reports as required
• Consult and collaborate actively with teachers, specialists, and families to support student achievement and participation
• Adapt interventions for a variety of settings, including both the traditional classroom and home environments
