Empower Recovery and Wellness seeks a Community Health Worker (Behavioral Health Focus) to connect individuals with mental health and substance use resources. You will do outreach, advocacy, and education to bridge behavioral health services with social supports, helping clients navigate systems and pursue long-term wellness.
Schedule:
8 am - 5 pm;
Full Time in rural Missouri. Must have a high school diploma or GED with preferred human services degree and CSS-qualified experience.
