, the new Champagne Cocktail Bar at Seamill Hydro Hotel Resort, part of RAD Hotel Group, is set to launch. We’re looking for a dynamic Bar Manager to lead this exciting new venture. What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead, inspire, and manage the bar team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service standards.
- Oversee bar service, drink preparation, stock management, and organisation to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge of cocktails, Champagne, wines, and spirits, creating memorable experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations across all bar operations.
- Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and inventory while ensuring profitability.
- Train, mentor, and develop the bar team, fostering a positive, motivated, and professional working environment.
- Collaborate with the wider hotel and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences during special events and high-volume periods.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisor in a high-volume, premium hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
- Passion for cocktails, premium drinks, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing costs, stock, and team rotas effectively.
- Previous training or certifications in Mixology, WSET, Whisky, or other beverage programs are preferred but not essential.
- Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and a genuine desire to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
