Business Analyst / Solution Analyst – System Automation (Remote | USA)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the United States)
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually (Based on experience)
Reports To: Platform Solutions Manager
Role OverviewThis position is responsible for managing solution requirements from initial discovery through final delivery. The role focuses on translating business needs into scalable software solutions using SA’s low-code SaaS platform.
The ideal candidate will:
- Analyze client business processes
- Document detailed requirements
- Configure workflows, data models, and system functionality
- Deliver production-ready software solutions
This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical problem solving, and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirement discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.
- Review and analyze RFPs to ensure alignment with product capabilities.
- Translate business needs into functional solution designs and system configurations.
- Develop strong knowledge of the platform and user community needs.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams.
- Configure workflows, business rules, data models, and user interfaces using the low-code platform.
- Deliver configured solutions or create actionable user stories for development teams.
- Troubleshoot system errors and implement corrective solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain documentation and support software enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–4 years of experience in business analysis and system configuration in production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex or unclear business needs into clear, testable requirements.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working on software development projects.
- Experience with low-code platforms or workflow automation tools (Power Apps / Logic Apps preferred).
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working directly with customers.
