JOB DESCRIPTION iPad Inventory Specialist TERMS

Director of Infrastructure Technologies

Strong organizational skills; ability to create and monitor inventory of mobile devices, including distribution, collection and facilitating repairs. Appropriate and effective mastery of skills to facilitate and/or qualify for advanced training including technical support. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse groups.

To maintain and develop inventory of Technology Items with heavy emphasis on Mobile Devices. Take lead role in distribution, collection and inventory management of devices, along with facilitating needed repairs.

• Maintain databases of mobile devices.
• Facilitate and track device repairs.
• Process and place orders with vendors.
• Participate in distribution, collection and annual maintenance of devices.
• File paperwork and streamline processes.
• Process supply orders and service requests.
• Coordinate deliveries/pickups to/from schools.
• Perform basic technical support of mobile devices as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
