Independence Community College (ICC) is seeking a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of building, grounds, custodial and maintenance tasks for the college and student housing. The role requires hands-on skills, the ability to drive, and collaboration with staff, students, and external contractors.
You will respond to work orders, assist with interior and exterior improvements, set up events and daily operations, and help establish preventive maintenance schedules.
