Neat is looking for a Regional Director, Customer Success to lead a high-performing team and drive growth in the Americas. This role requires a seasoned leader who can scale the team and design a playbook for Neat’s Enterprise customers.
You will have strategic autonomy, overseeing customer health and fostering strong partner collaborations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing successful customer success teams and will be instrumental in Neat’s growth phase.
Compensation ranges from $150,000 – $185,000 OTE per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.
