• Perform plant inspections, diagnose problems, and perform preventative plant maintenance.
• Maintain and service production machinery.
• Replace and adjust machine wear parts.
• Repair and install electrical systems as needed.
• Removal and installation of molds used in production machines.
• Light metal fabricating and other tasks as delegated.
• Maintain tools as required to perform job.

• Experience with Columbia machinery.
• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience.
• Proficient with ARC and wire feed welders, pneumatic and hand tools.
• Experience with metal fabrication and industrial electrical systems.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Exceptional problem solving, communication, and technical skills.
• Safety conscious and have a good safety record.
