Communication Strategy Design and DevelopmentBuild communication strategy with the rigour and clarity the boardroom expects.
Strong communication strategy is not a document — it is a system. This course gives you a practical, step‑by‑step method for building one: mapping stakeholders, selecting channels, defining goals, composing messages and bringing it all together in a clear, integrated plan. You will leave with a framework you can apply immediately to your own organisation.
What this course coversCommunication strategy principles and frameworks, stakeholder mapping and prioritisation, channel and tactic selection, and positioning, messaging and integration.
How it worksEvery session runs in a small, boardroom‑format group — typically six to eight senior professionals. Your trainer tailors content to the specific industries, organisations and challenges each participant brings, so you work on real situations, not generic examples. The learning combines evidence‑based best practice briefings with structured discussions, practical workshops and peer learning. This is training with a coaching and consulting flavour — focused on building skills and producing outputs you can apply in your work immediately.
