* Job Summary:

** Responsible for managing all financial, clinical, and day-to-day operational activities at an assigned physician site within a given geographical area.
*
* Job Responsibilities:

*** Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
* Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
* Recommends, develops and updates strategic business plans to support the organization's and practice's goals.
* Supports patient care activity and manages the day-to-day operations in accordance with established standard.
* Supports site's staff in the delivery of appropriate patient services and established standards of care.
* Develops and maintains budget revenues and expenses and implements cost-effective policies and procedures for all operational areas.
* Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
