We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Gardener at our Hubert Opperman retirement village in Mulgrave. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday .

At Ryman our gardens are always blooming and offer tranquility for our residents, staff and guests to enjoy. We hire skilled Gardeners to care for our grounds to ensure our flowers continue to flourish and our gardens are sustainable for years to come. The difference at Ryman is the variety that comes with a Gardener role, with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas to maintain - no two days are the same.

• Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy
• Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area
• Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

• Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• A reliable, friendly and professional manner
